Expert Therapy & Counselling Backed By Knowledge & Experience
Trauma, anxiety, OCD and the shadow of narcissistic abuse have a way of shrinking your world until it feels like a cage. But these cycles don’t define you and your personality they are simply what you’ve had to carry. I offer a compassionate, expert space to help you unlearn these patterns that keep you contained. By combining deep clinical knowledge, experience and using specialised trauma tools, we will work together to break long standing patterns and clear the path to your future.
Sometimes you don’t need months of therapy; you just need the right conversation at the right time. This is a focused, one-off deep dive designed to tackle a specific challenge, give you immediate clarity, and provide a concrete plan of action in just one meeting.
Stop trying to fit into a neurotypical box. I offer a neuro-affirming space where we work with your brain, not against it. helping you unmask, find your voice, and thrive as your authentic self.
Is your mind stuck on a loop of “what ifs”? I’ll help you unpack those patterns and build a practical toolkit so you can stop being bossed around by your thoughts and start feeling grounded again.
OCD acts like a faulty alarm system, trapping you in cycles of intrusive thoughts and exhausting compulsions. I provide a safe space to break these loops, helping you regain control so your “alarms” stop dictating how you live your life.
ADHD isn’t a flaw to fix it’s a different kind of mind, and with the right support, it can be a genuine superpower. I know this both as a therapist and from the inside: I understand exactly what it feels like to lose the thread mid-sentence, to feel three steps behind despite working twice as hard, and to carry years of quiet shame about it.
Trauma isn’t just a memory; it’s a physical response your body carries. Whether you feel “stuck” in the past or constantly on edge, I provide a safe, trauma-trained space to help your nervous system finally feel secure again. We’ll go at your pace to help you feel at home in your own skin.
If you feel like a shell of your former self or are constantly walking on eggshells, please know: it isn’t your fault. I provide a safe space to strip away the gaslighting, silence the inner critic, and help you reclaim your reality so you can finally step into the future you deserve.
If you feel disconnected from your own body and permanently set to chaos, please know: you aren’t broken. I provide a grounded space to untangle the physical and emotional havoc, helping you steady your foundation so you can finally command this next phase of your life with power and peace.
When a child or teen is struggling, the whole family feels it. I provide a low-pressure, “non-adult-speak” space where we use play, creativity, and real talk to navigate big emotions and school stress. I’m here to help them find their voice and help you find a little more balance at home.
Relationships can be messy, but they don’t have to stay stuck. I provide a neutral, honest space to help you break through the “same old” arguments, rediscover respect, and find the words you’ve both been struggling to say. Let’s stop the cycle and start reconnecting.
When one person is struggling, the whole house feels the weight. I provide a neutral, safe space for families to stop the “blame game” and start communicating. We’ll work together to lower the temperature at home, rebuild trust, and find a rhythm that actually works for everyone.
My Philosophy: Heart, Honesty, and sometimes that Little Extra Mile
Hello, I’m Tracey and I’m glad you are reading this! Welcome to this messy, beautiful journey of being human.
They say a picture is worth a thousand words, but sometimes, when you’re sitting opposite a therapist the words just won’t come. That’s where I come in. Whether it’s through a shared laugh or me helping you find the language for a feeling that’s been stuck in your throat and head. I am here to hear you and I mean really hear you.
I don’t believe in “clinical” distances. I believe in deep respect, empathy, and unwavering
integrity. To me, being a counsellor isn’t just a job; it’s a commitment to being a nurturing,
ethical, and honest anchor for you while you navigate life’s storms.

Words Of Thanks
The greatest privilege of my work is witnessing the courage of those I sit with. Here is what some of them have shared about our journey together.
I’ve been going to Tracey for the last 3 years and I honestly can’t express how much she’s changed my life, I just wished I’d started my therapy with her earlier. She’s a genius at getting me to talk on days I’d really rather not, but without even asking me a single question- like magic! What I appreciate more than anything in my sessions is Tracey has never made me feel stupid, unreasonable in my thoughts or uncomfortable when I feel it’s a very vulnerable topic- instead she explains why my brain and my body reacts to trauma this way with science based facts on how the brain interprets information and I love this. It’s really taken away a lot of the feelings I really disliked about myself knowing I’m not the problem. Her calm, relaxed atmosphere really makes me feel instantly relaxed and her attitude to therapy is very professional, yet normal! I couldn’t imagine talking to someone with my most personal thoughts who hadn’t been able to give me back little snippets of their life experiences too- it’s very humbling to know I’m not the only one who feels a certain way in my head. I shout from the rooftops to anyone who wants to talk about therapy and its benefits and I am not exaggerating when I recommend everyone to see Tracey if there’s anything they are struggling with, she has honestly given me so much in life showing me how I’m able to understand my feelings and myself more than I ever have before resulting in a much happier calmer life I now love.
See moreTracey is an unbelievable counsellor; I’ve been through many counsellors and have seen by far the most progress whilst under Tracey’s help. When I first came to Tracey, I struggled massively. I couldn’t cope on a day-to-day basis; I couldn’t get a job and do things other people could because of my thoughts and stuff. I’ve been with Tracey just over a year and have accomplished so much through her help. Got my dream job, got another job helping people, helped me do so much I don’t think would have been possible without her help. Even though Tracey always maintains a professional manner, I’ve never felt like she’s rushing me, or is there for money; she takes her time to help me, even if I have to message on the weekend. I cannot recommend her enough as she’s absolutely fantastic.
See moreTracey has been instrumental in my recovery—I truly wouldn’t have come this far without her. I’ve always struggled to open up, but she has a natural way of helping me relax. Before I know it, I’m talking freely and openly in a way I never thought possible. She creates such a calm, welcoming, and safe environment, which makes it so much easier to be honest and vulnerable. Even though I’m now in a much better place, I can’t imagine not continuing sessions with her. After years of care and support, she has become my safe space. Thank you, as always, Tracey.

What is the difference between counselling and therapy?
In practice the two overlap a lot and the terms are used often. Generally. Counselling tends to focus on a specific issue or life challenge over a shorter period, such as stress, grief, or a difficult transition. Psychotherapy often goes a bit deeper and over a longer term, exploring patterns rooted in your past that have shaped how you think, feel, and relate to others today. I myself draw on both approaches as I work integratively.
How do I know if I need therapy?
There’s no checklist you have to tick before you can reach out for help and support. If something is weighing down or you have an unresolved issue that’s reason enough. That said, some common signs could be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, struggling with anxiety, low mood or relationship difficulties, or going through a major life change; or simply feeling like you could use a space to think out loud with someone who won’t judge you.
What happens during a first therapy session?
The first session is mostly getting to know each other. No pressure, no script to follow. We’ll talk about what’s bought you here, and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy. If you filled in your therapy targets before the session, we may use this to guide us through our first conversation, it can be a bit overwhelming but that’s where I come in to help the whole thing feel less daunting. Think of it as a start of a conversation that may change the way you feel.
Is everything I say in therapy confidential?
The answer is yes, it is with some exceptions which I will explain in agreements.
Are you fully qualified and what training have you done?
